I just had to write because I am so over the moon with how my face looks…I am not particularly vain but cant stop looking in the mirror! Friends keep asking me if I have been on holiday or lost weight or changed my hair..because my face looks so good but it is also so subtle that they don’t think I have had anything done..Having been to several clinics in the past for botox and fillers I knew straight away that Dr. Milo was different he looked at the whole face not just the area you think you need doing..and knew immediately how to improve it. I had tear trough under both eyes and the skin boosting treatment. The tear trough has taken years off and softened my face so much…I was a bit nervous but I didn’t have any bruising and immediately the hollows under my eyes disappeared and it has made such a difference. The skin boosting treatment which is lots of tiny pricks with a needle over the whole face …has given me the glowing skin of a 20 year old that cream never could… It didn’t hurt at all …nothing….So I just wanted to say to any other 50 something women struggling with the menopause thinking of having something done but not sure if it’s worth it or time to give up! Do it ! Don’t be scared or worried about the pain or results…(just as I was ) ..I nearly didn’t because I was worried too ..But he has such a good eye and such attention to detail and precision you will not regret it…and it really will lift your spirits, you will look and feel amazing but still just like you.

I have Botox for a frown line between my eyes (which has now disappeared completely without making me look like I’m ‘surprised!’. I have been visiting Nick for the past 3yrs which started out with a recommendation from a close friend. My treatments started off with botox which I had been treated with previously by another clinic for 3yrs previous. I found Nick’s approach to botox was very thorough and gave me fantastic results that I hadn’t previously experienced. The space between treatments was longer as the botox seemed to last and still looked good. Also, I didn’t need a top up after two weeks which I required with other botox treatments. I continue to see Nick for botox and the results are always to a very high standard.
The 2nd treatment I had with Nick was last year which was fillers to build up my cheeks and create a more sculptured look. Fantastic results and is still lasting. Due to my career I do suffer from a thinner face with hollows, the cheek fillers worked very well.

I was curious to try Botox and Restylane but I had a few worries in regards to these products plus I am absolutely terrified of needles. You will remember when I first came to you I wanted Botox done but did not want an un-natural expressionless look. Did not want to end up with plastic looking frozen forehead.
You took your time to explain in a “simple” language all the ins and outs, all the pros and cons of the procedures I was interested in. You did it in an easy non patronizing way. It was important to you that I really understood. You assessed my face thoroughly and advised me against certain procedures which I found incredible.
During the treatment you made me as comfortable as possible. At times I even totally forgot about the fact you were using needles!! It jus did not hurt as much as I expected. It was all done with minimum discomfort.

Dr Milo came recommended to me by a friend. On the first treatment he explained the procedure carefully stating before and aftercare and what to expect. He also answered all questions I had. Dr. Milo is very professional, gentle, uses sterile needles and wears gloves. Botox injections do not hurt, the feeling can be compared to small mosquito bites. Dr Nick is by far the best botox doctor I have had, I have very bad lines on my forehead, my 1st experience was with a nurse and GP, I was extremely nervous about the procedure , both the GP and the nurse explained all I needed to know, after 2 weeks the lines on my forehead had softened after 4 weeks I needed a top up and still only saw a small improvement, after 3 months i decided to look elsewhere and was recommended to Dr Nick, I had a consultation with him and told him about how unhappy I was with my 1st attempt with botox, Dr Nick had a good understanding of what I wanted and carried the procedure out, it was painless and took no more than 5 minutes, I could see results the next day and within 10 days i had no lines on my forehead and a fantastic eyebrow lift, even my husband commented how good I looked, it lasted just over 5 months and I wanted more, I then went for a dental check up and he told me he had just gone into botox and would I be interested i said i already had a good doctor and was due to see him, the dentist offered me a good price if i went ahead right away I agreed, the results were very poor and had a top up and still no success I don’t know why this is but I do know i will only be going to Dr Nick from now on who gives a painless botox procedure with fantastic results I look much younger and will continue to attend his clinic for many years to come.
